Small Textualis “pearl script.” Browned edges, wrinkled bottom margin, w. 4 pin-cuts, crease to upper margin, tiny unrepaired cut to upper edge, handling to outer and lower margins. Rubricated, with countless colored initials in RED and BLUE. With 3 scrolling initials. Text includes a rehearsal of God’s promises to Israel, w. beloved verses 104:24-31. A wonderful example of an unusually large Bible leaf, from the early 13th century, prior to the Paris Bible. COA on premium “gold leaf” paper.
