Manuscript Handwritten and Illuminated in Paris, c.1240, on fine vellum, at the Johannes Grusch Atelier (Workshop). Wide margins. Rubricated, w. 3 scrolling initials in fine blue and red pen. Medium sized 7.2″ x 4.8″. EXCELLENT condition. Some ink fading at lower half of leaf (obv, Ch 60-61; see pics). Text offers a joyful description of Israel’s salvation under God’s servant.
