PSALMS 21:3-23:6 [not the “biblical” version]. “The Shepherd’s Psalm”. From The Booke of Psalms in English Meeter, London, 1619, ed by Sternehold and Hopkins. The Sternehold Psalms here were bound in a 1619 King James Bible, as per usual. Herbert 367. EXCELLENT condition. COA on premium “gold leaf” paper. On this leaf, there are two complete versions set to “verse”: one by each editor. Please note that neither Psalm here matches the exact wording of Ps 23 in the Biblical Book of Psalms.
