Difficult to find any Greek testaments prior to 1545, so this First Edition is a rare find, faults notwithstanding. Collation: 7-383; lacks initial woodcut and pages 2-6, otherwise complete. Text begins with Matthew 5:29 and continues through to the end of Revelation and dated colophon. Pages 365-372 w. irregularly cropped outer margins without loss of text; pages 373-383 with loss of 1-2 letters on the outer edge. Printer’s device (woodcut) at end. No tears or stains. Comes in a black, archival clamshell box for protection and preservation.
