The earliest English Bible printed [both] in Roman type and with verse divisions. FINE- condition; chip and wrinkle to upper inner corner; wrinkled lower outer corner (see pics); otherwise quite clean. Full margins. COA on premium “gold leaf” paper w. gold seal. Leaf is exceedingly rare! Just once in 13 years have I seen a genuine 1560 leaf offered — there have been many claimants, however.
In this leaf, Paul summarizes a Christian response to the power of Rome (Ch 13), and advises the Romans how the gospel binds them, and him, together in Christ (Ch 14-15).
