Interestingly, this early “Roman Catholic” translation largely follows Luther’s OT (1524-32) and Emser’s NT (1528). EXCELLENT condition; very light staining to outer edges. The story of Abraham and Isaac in Genesis 22 [akedah = binding] is perhaps the most important OT text, theologically, after the Exodus itself!
